Hey there ronak104,

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. Based on the title of the process that you're seeing, this may a process may be associated with the iCloud for Safari setting. When enabled, this setting would cause your devices to sync your bookmarks across all your devices.

You can try turning off iCloud for Safari to see if that's able to help stop the process. To do that, click the Apple menu > System Preferences, click Apple ID, click iCloud, then select Safari.

You may need to mention what is the MacBook Pro model ( > About This Mac).

Also indicate the value / percentage, how much of ram is being used. (from Activity Monitor)

Have you tried safe mode for basic troubleshooting, test if you have same issue in safe mode?

Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support (Takes more time to boot compared to normal boot)

NoteSafe mode prevents your Mac from loading certain software as it starts up, including login items, system extensions not required by macOS, and fonts not installed by macOS. It also does a basic check of your startup disk, similar to using First Aid in Disk Utility. And it deletes some system caches, including font caches and the kernel cache, which are automatically created again as needed.

Also, even post forcefully quitting it. Its starting again and again. Due to which, my system getting hang and restarted frequently. Could you please suggest the proper one time solution of this? I never want this process to run on my system. Thanks
