My ICloud is receiving some emails but not others.why?

I’ve been trying to log into my accounts on instagram again but I’m just running into many issues with receiving the email to reset it.I’ve ran into this problem with planet fitness as well where I wouldn’t receiving a verification email to create the account.I’ve checked many times and there’s no error with the email being different because when I use my Gmail they send automatically.I’ve tried to connect my iCloud to my gmail and outlook apps but they aren’t working when I use my generated all specific passwords.I’m really stumped right now can someone help me?

Let's try these steps:

"Things to check first

Check the system status of iCloud Mail.
Check that you turned on iCloud Mail:

On your Mac, open the Mail app then choose Mail >Preferences. Click Accounts, then select your iCloud account in the sidebar. Under Account Information, make sure that the account is turned on and the status is online.
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud and check that Mail is turned on.

3.Make sure you that haven't exceeded your iCloud storage limit. If you exceed your iCloud storage limit, learn how to make more space available in iCloud.

4.Make sure that you're using the latest version of software on your device."

If the issue persists, can you provide a few more details? When did you first notice this? Which device are you currently using? Also, have you checked your junk folder?
