Instagram Verification Email not sending

My insta account got hacked and my recovery email is not getting the code email. I've cleared storage, checked that my iCloud is receiving emails, and cleared the cache. It is the correct email for account recovery and I have restarted my mac and iPhone many times.

iCloud is blocking emails from instagram Hello! My instagram was logged out yesterday and they asked me for a confirmation code that is supposed to be sent to my icloud email ! I haven’t received the email in the past 12 hours and i’m not sure what’s going on . I was wondering if my icloud is blocking emails from instagram , anything helps. Not getting emails from Instagram I logged into my Instagram account and something weird popped up on my screen, I think someone was probably trying to hack my account so I was asked to confirm my account by receiving a code. It's been 2 days and I haven't received anything, I checked the junk folder I refreshed the page multiple times and still nothing. What's weird is the fact that I am getting emails from other businesses but not Instagram its as if my mail account was blocked or something.
