I have installed 13.1 on my desktop, but still have problems with sending text messages to some people and with receiving messages from others. I can send and receive on my iPhone (iOS 16), but the problem continues with my desktop.

FYI - Apple released a New Update to Ventura and is now at 13.1

13.1 was no help on my M1X MacBook Pro. Pretty ugly release for a computer that cost about $6K.
