iPad overheating while using notes.
My iPad 12.9 inch M1 chip is getting heated up when used with notes app

Some heat is normal. The benchmark is generally ‘too hot to handle’. As long as your device heat is comfortable to hold then you should be fine, but if it gets so hot that you cannot handle it then it’s time to stop using the device do not charge it and make an appointment at an Apple Store or authorized service provider.
