Data Recovery Cannot be Completed. Please Restore your Ipad from backup

I have tried to connect my iPad to the computer but its not connecting to my itunes, what can i do to get it working again?

iPad Air 2 Wi-Fi, Cellular

If you iPad is not recognised by your Windows PC (with iTunes for Windows installed) or Mac computer (with iTunes or Finder - as appropriate for the installed version of macOS), try using a different USB port. Otherwise, this support page should help with troubleshooting:
