Downgrade your iCloud storage plan NOT Working !
- I tried to downgrade my plan following this Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan - Apple Support guideline. To cancel iCloud+, I chose the free 5GB plan. I also made sure that I am signed in with the same Apple ID that I use for my iCloud+ plan but it doesn't allow me to save. Thus I couldn't downgrade. Please help.
