My 50 GB plan to be expired on tomorrow (30/9/2023). I want to downgrade it to the 5 GB free plan, but it won't let me kick on "Done" to confirm the change.

I have signed in with my Apple ID password and selected the free 5GB plan, but I can't click Done to downgrade iCloud storage. I tried it both on my iPhone and my MacBook, the result is the same that I can't click Done. Do I need to wait until the 50 GB plan expires on tomorrow?
