Uneditable managed WiFi networks

In the new option to edit and delete WiFi networks, I have 3 “managed” networks that: 1. CANNOT be deleted 2. CANNOT be switched off from the “auto-join” function 3. Are represented as associated with Verizon although they are not my carrier (but the carrier uses their tower infrastructure) 4. Neither my carrier nor Verizon, nor Apple Support can give me any additional information regarding these or how to remove them from my device I have done at least 3 full resets of all settings and also as many full deletion and factory resets if this device an iPhine 13 pro with iOS 16.1.2 installed Anyone got anything for me on this one?? I’ll be surprised if so
