I want to recover my photos from phone memory after restore my phone

I restore my phone yesterday through a software engineer,but when my phone restore all data deleted from phone memory and I had not uploaded my data on iCloud,can it possible for recover

You need a source to recover the data from. You can restore your data from backup files created on iCloud or a computer. You do not have a backup file on iCloud or a computer and therefore the data cannot be restored.
