How to recover the recently deleted videos

Check to see if the videos are still in your Recently Deleted Album in Photos.
Tap to open Photos and then scroll down to the bottom to find the Recently Deleted album
If it has been less than 30 days since you deleted them, they still might be in Recently Deleted
