It's not a huge deal but since I added a new ipad all my devices took on the Siri voice I picked for the new device. I like having a different voice on each device since I have different uses each one. Is there a way to get this setting distinct between devices again?

Sounds like you may have Siri syncing across your devices with iCloud. This will cause any changes made to be reflected on all devices signed into your iCloud account. You can change this is Settings.
You'll want to do this on your other devices as well to keep Siri separate.
