Please stop controlling my phone use…

Is there any way to turn off annoying “loud sounds on headset” alerts?

My phone connects to the car radio using Bluetooth. The sound is controlled by the radio volume control. But Apple thinks it necessary to school me about how I use MY phone. How do I get back control over my device without daddy-Apple treating me like a teen school boy?

Turn headphone notifications on or off

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPod touch.
  2. Tap Sounds & Haptics, then tap Headphone Safety.
  3. Turn Headphone Notifications on or off.*

Headphone notifications on your iPhone, iPod touch, or Apple ..

  • Due to regulations and safety standards, headphone notifications can't be turned off in certain countries or regions.
