Hello a few hours ago my phone started to have this issue where the volume is all the way down but when I press the volume up button once the volume goes all the way up and if I press the volume down button the volume goes completely down there is no in between so I was wondering if there was anything I could do to fix this

I’ve a Genius Bar appointment to look at mine. There seems to be a few topics on this, so would imagine it maybe a Software glitch . . ?
Hello I had gone to an Apple Genius Bar and they said it was an hardware issue and they had to replace basically the whole phone since I have Apple care it was free of charge
