What happens when you go to Settings➜General➜Software Update?
click here ➡️ Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
If it says iOS 15.1.7 is up date, check Settings ➜ General ➜ VPN & Device Management and make sure you don't have a beta profile installed. If you do, remove it form there. Restart your iPhone, and try again.
