I'm trying to play sound from a 2020 MacBook Air with Monterey OS over a home stereo that has 1/4" (guitar jack) inputs. I purchased a Hosongin cable that is male USB-C on one end and 1/4" on the other, but the MacBook will not recognize the USB-C as a sound output source. Is there any possible solution here?
