Translate text in apps on iphone

I want to translate the text on the phone from Turkish to Arabic, but the system says that the Turkish language is not supported, but the Turkish language is supported in my other devices and in my sister's iPhone and we have the same specifications as the devices.

What to do if iPhone Translate app doesn't show downloaded languages? We are going to Italy, so I want to be able to translate Italian to English and vice-versa on my i-phone to either converse or to read signs. I go to the Translate app, and click on Download Languages. I click on English and Italian, but whenever I go to my Translate app, I see English and Spanish. I read that I should click on Done after I click on the languages, but I don't see Done (or Save or Downloading) on the screen. I have Cellular Data and On-Device Mode on, although I also tried it with On-Device Mode off (since I don't understand what it actually means). Please add the Pashto language in iPhone translate Dear whom to may concern, As your in the picture more than 70 million people speaking in Pashto language all around the globe and most of them are iPhone users, so it’s a great idea to put the Pashto language in to iPhone translate. thank you very much

You are running ios 16, right?

Try restarting or resetting the phone. Mine was missing the new languages until I did that.
