Apple Classroom - Co-Teachers

I have multiple teachers that have added co-teachers to their Apple Classroom. However, only one of the teachers is actually able to "see" the students at a given time. The co-teacher can only see the students if they connect to them as if they are a remote student. Is there a way for both teachers to be viewing/controlling students in the same Apple Classroom at the same time?
