Itunes password

I'm using an obsolete email address to access ITunes and want to delete this and use my current email address. I have changed my Apple ID to the current email address, but access to Itunes is only from the old email address and I cannot remember the password for this. Having purchased a new IPhone 14 Pro i have been unable to transfer my music to the new iphone.

Old iTunes account I downloaded thousands of songs and pictures to my iPod in about 2007 (I think). That iPod worked great until I exposed it to an magnet a couple years ago and the spring released making the iPod into toast. All my music was organized into folders and I miss my music so much! How can I get back into my iTunes account when A) I don’t have the same laptop I created the account on, and B) I can’t remember the email I used at the time. I DO still have the same phone number though. Any suggestions will be appreciated! Dont know if it matters but I use Apple now— I was an Android user back then.

How do I access a very old iTunes account that I no longer have the email address or log in info for? I don't have itunes installed on my current PC and only have my current apple log-in for my iphone. Can't find any answers for this! I no longer have/remember my old email or log-in that was associated with my iPod iTunes account (early 2000's?). I'd like to be able to retrieve this information so I can back up my iPhone to it. Obviously my new apple id/log-in is tied to my current iPhone and is different from the old iTunes one. The research that I've done doesn't bring up any info on how to retrieve/access. Hope someone can help with this!!!
