Apple Watch broke this morning.
Bought a replacement’demo’ model from shop but I can pair it to my iPhone.
I unpaired old watch.
can’t reset new watch at all. Could it be paired to a phone in the shop?

Demo models are not generally put out for sale legally. Ask for a refund or have them reset the Watch in your presence.
