iOS lock screen music widget can you disable the slider to jump to any point in the media?

Can you disable dragging the media slider that allows you to jump to any point in the media you are listening to from the lock page?? I listen to a lot of books and find myself accidentally dragging the slider on the Lock Screen and losing my place. I’ve tried to remove the widget but it always comes back every time I listen to my book. I need to disable this so I am not jumping 2 hours ahead in my book.
