Contacts Duplicating
Has anyone been having issues where all of the sudden your contact list is duplicating, sometimes triplicating, contacts. Of course I can merge contacts, but this happens at least 3-4 times a week and is rather annoying.

You may have stored the same contacts in multiple email accounts.
Either remove the contacts from the rarely used email account or disable contacts from the rarely used mail account in the iOS Mail app.
