Pc connect Bluetooth personal hotspot

Trying to use iPhone hotspot on pc. Connected using Bluetooth. Pc not connecting to internet. What am I missing?

Why is my iPad Hotspot not working after iOS 18 update? I have a Dell desktop running Ubuntu latest LTR that is connecting and using internet OK. However the Dell XP 15 running Win 11 can see and connect to the iPad (Mini 5) but says no internet. IPhone, thankfully still running IOS 17 will work with both computers. The Hotspot is a Carrier Specific feature. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
