Why is a thumbnail of a tv show I didn’t purchase showing up in my library on the Apple TV app?

I have a thumbnail of a TV show I didn’t purchase showing up on my Apple

TV app on both Roku, and Android TV, but if I look from the apps on my

iPhone, or the Windows iTunes software, it doesn’t show the TV show at

all. When I click on the thumbnail of the show from the Roku and Android TV apps, there is just a blank screen, since I never purchased any episodes of the show.

The only thing I know is the show was in my private wish list, but I removed it

from my wish list, and the thumbnail is showing up on the TV apps.

I think it might have happened the same day I purchased a new iPhone and activated it, but I don’t know if that has anything to do with it.
