"Purchased" library movie thumbnails / icons won't load on Apple TV app (using Apple TV 4K 2021 hardware)

Regardless of who is signed in to the Apple TV hardware, when I go to the "purchased" section of the Apple TV app to view items in my library, the thumbnails / icons for the movies in all categories (recently purchased / all movies / etcetera - doesn't matter which category) take FOREVER to load. Sometimes they do not load at all.

Closing the Apple TV app and restarting the Apple TV hardware only fixes the issue temporarily - usually only for the duration of the period I currently use the app/device immediately afterwards.

I wonder if the issue could be that there are some specific domains I need to whitelist? What specific domains would those be and are there any other suggested fixes?

Hi ptalley5,

You don't want to restart your Apple TV every time you want to view your purchased library, but have you tried to restart your modem or router the Apple TV connects to? While this title is not your issue, it does have the steps for restarting the network. If your Apple TV can't connect to Wi-Fi. Try restarting in this order.

Unplug your modem and/or router
Unplug your Apple TV
Leave them unplugged for at least 1-2 minutes.
When plugging back in, start with the modem.
After the modem has locked in its signal, then start the router (if you have one).
After the router has locked in, then plug back in your Apple TV.
