Music Mixes not playing on Apple tv

We're not quite understanding what you meant by playing 'music mixes' on your Apple TV, but we do understand that there are no issues with playing them on your other devices. To better understand what's happening, along with ruling out some possible causes, please confirm the following:

1. What exactly did you mean by 'music mixes', and which app are you using to try playing them in your Apple TV?
2. You mentioned that it doesn't play on your Apple TV, but what exactly occurs when you try? For example: nothing at all occurs, it starts playing then immediately stops, it plays but there's no audio, etc. The more details you provide, the better we'll understand the issue.
3. Sometimes a restart can resolve unexpected behavior: Restart Apple TV
4. The latest version for your Apple TV model is tvOS 16.1. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to Update your Apple TV.

To make sure all steps have been covered, let's make sure you reset by following the guidance here:

1. Open Settings  on Apple TV. 

2. Go to System > Reset, then select Reset.

I'm seeing the exact same thing: these mixes just show a spinning wheel, never load: New Music Mix, Favorites Mix. With Get Up Mix I'll see the list of songs but when I try to play one it comes up as a black album icon and says "Not Playing". I've tried a "Reset and Update", no change. I've signed out and in, no change. They all play fine on my other devices: iPad, iPhone. Apple TV Model A2843, tvOS 16.1.1

I'm finding others dong the spinning gear and not loading: Classical Motivation, Classical Chill, Classical Concentration.
