I have an iPad Pro 3rd generation. How can I final and use stage manager. I can’t find it in control center or settings.

The third generation iPad Pro does support Stage Manager - after update to iPadOS 16.1.1. If you are still running iPadOS15.x, you must update to iPadOS16 before Stage Manager will be available to you.
Once updated, you should be able to access Stage Manager:
Turn Stage Manager on or off on your iPad - Apple Support
Be aware that with the initial release, Stage Manager support for external monitors is not yet available - this feature being planned for release later this year. Until then, external monitor support is limited basic screen mirroring.

You may need to manually add Stage Manager to the Control Centre:
Settings > Control Centre > [More Controls] Stage Manager - tap the green “+” button

I have an iPad Pro 3rd generation. How can I find and use Stage Manager. I can’t find it in control center when I swipe down and I have been unable to locate in Settings. I thought it was available in 3rd generation and after. TIA for your help.
