Selecting state not working

When I am completing my Apple ID and I press ‘Select State’, the whole form disappears. I’m from Australia and I don’t know why this happens.

Thank you for posting to the Apple Support Communities. 


If you are encountering this error when using your iPad, try restarting your iPad first. Another solution may be to create your new Apple ID using a second device. You can also create an Apple ID on the web


Once you have a new Apple ID and your iPad set up, you can go back to sign in with your Apple ID in the settings app. 


If you are unable to find a solution using the suggestions above, please contact Apple Support for more help.
