Upgraded my phone and now getting the error saying I need to remove a device.
I’ve looked at topics on here and the link that is provided shows you how to remove a device using a PC or MAC or on the phone itself but only to remove that device itself.
I’ve clicked under Apple ID in setting and found all devices associated and now removed 3 old ones, but still getting the error.
Any ideas please?

Thanks. But that’s the exact same link I mentioned in my post that doesn’t help.
it explains how to remove from a MAC or PC which I don’t have. And the bit about removing from the device is only for removing the device itself you’re using. That’s no good. I need to remove an OLD device.

This article should help: View and remove your devices that are associated with Apple ID purchases. There is a limit of how many Apple IDs can download and play items bought with the Apple ID.

We appreciate those additional details. In order to remove an older devices associated with your Apple ID purchases, you would need to use a computer with iTunes or the Apple Music app. There would not be a way to remove other devices on your iPhone.
