90 days restriction error

I changed phones with my wife, had 90 days restriction to associate it to my AppleID, waited more than 90 days, did DFU restore and all those useless junk advices you get on support line and still have no chance to make my AppleMusic library work on this phone (other devices fine, phone visible in associated devices, paying AppleMusic the whole time, everything was OK before changing phone for another) Anyone else?

iPhone 4s, iOS 9

See and remove your devices that are associated with Apple ID purchases - View and remove your devices that are associated with Apple ID purchases - Apple Support - Read "More about associated devices" at the end where it refers to the 90 day wait. This applies to re-downloading past purchases (you can make new purchases), automatic downloads, and iCloud based services such as Family Sharing, Match, and Apple Music.

After all it works (but not on first attempt, I tried this after those 90 days was over first time; and only the phone had to be removed this time, not other devices)

Apple support line - worst service I ever get. You tell them how to try solve your problem (because you tried what rest of the world does but it is not working) and they tell you to delete and rebuild yout library that you were building years song by song :D And that it is only possible solution. Random strangers on web forum are more capable than people paid by Apple to help us :D weird company
