cursor goes off screen

My cursor goes off screen to the right side, when not in use instead of staying where I used it last. It takes a lot of mouse motion to find it each time.

iMac 21.5″ 4K, macOS 13.0

Check System Settings > Displays > Advanced…

Disable "Allow your pointer and…"
