MacBook pro 2019 Freezing and turning off

My mac started first freezing for 5 secs than turning off every time I turned it back on it would turn off alone 5-10 minutes in. I have tried everything from restart in recovery mode to reset the all RAM. I tried installing the latest iOS version “ventura” and re installing the version i was working on “monterrey” for both about 5 minutes before finishing the process in the recovery mode, a message came out saying there had been an error. I then reset the mac back to factory settings which it finally completed. Then it turned off again and now it will only turn on to an apple sign on a black screen and not passing from there?

What can I do?

I see that it is a recurrent problem of the 2019 versions, how can a 3k machine be made with such faults?

Now the 2 year guarantee in Europe has passed and in apple they tell me that it could be a motherboard problem, i would have to take it in and pay for the repair which is like a new motherboard around 500-1000€, how can a machine made by apple and advertised to last and hold the capacity and power to run the apps like adobe suite and ableton live but then give up and the motherboard just dies like that like a disposable junk?

what does apple do in this cases? Do they just brush it off?

the computer was never hit, never suffered outside damage or maltreatment. This is a machine problem. A recurrent problem as I see.

How can my mac 2011 version be more reliable than in that time what was advertised as the best late 2019 version?

How can I solve this issue?

Thanks Grace yeah along with the Apple Support team we went through the whole list and all that could be done before we had to send it to the repair center to check all diagnostics and if hardware needs to be repaired or changed.

All of your suggestions are the exact thing to do, they solve this problem with most macs but mine has a bigger issue.

Thanks again

Hello CamilosMacs,

Thanks for reaching out in Apple Support Communities.

We'd like to provide you with a few steps that may be able to assist you with resolving this issue that you're having with your MacBook Pro:

"1. Press and hold the power button on your Mac for up to 10 seconds, until your Mac turns off.

Every Mac has a power button. On laptop computers that have Touch ID, press and hold Touch ID.

2. Turn your Mac back on.

3. If the issue persists, press and hold the power button until your Mac turns off. Then unplug all nonessential accessories from your Mac, including printers, drives, and USB hubs. You could have an issue with one or more of those devices or their cables.

4. Turn your Mac back on.

5. If the issue persists, once again press and hold the power button until your Mac turns off.

6. Repair your startup disk as described in How to repair a Mac disk with Disk Utility.

7. If the issue persists, reinstall macOS from macOS Recovery."

More details here: If your Mac starts up to an Apple logo or progress bar

We hope this helps.

Take care.
