Apple Music Replay 2022 Highlight Reel only showing black screen

The other day I opened my Replay. The Replay loads normally (first image) and I can scroll down and view my top songs, artists, albums, and playlists. However, when I click to watch the highlight reel, it only plays halfway through before becoming a black screen.

I have tried this on my Mac and iPhone, using Safari and Chrome on both, and on different networks. No matter where/what I go/do it remains a black screen (second image)! I am on the latest updates for both my Mac and iPhone.
