Mac is active in sleep mode - Mac keeps waking up

Hello,

in sleep mode the macbook wakes up all the time. I have already optimized some parameters, but about every hour the device wakes up. The device is a Macbook Pro M2 (2022) that is not connected to power. Connected are an Apple Thunderbolt display (without power) and a Magic mouse via Bluetooth.

Current settings

Currently in use:
 standby              1
 Sleep On Power Button 1
 SleepServices        0
 hibernatefile        /var/vm/sleepimage
 powernap             0
 networkoversleep     0
 disksleep            10
sleep                1 (sleep prevented by powerd, AddressBookSourceSync)
 hibernatemode        3
 ttyskeepawake        1
 displaysleep         20
 tcpkeepalive         0
 lowpowermode         0
 womp                 0

Excerpt of the "reasons for waking up" (is always the same reason):

Hi Oliver1270,

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. If your Mac sleeps or wakes unexpectedly - Apple Support is directly related to your issue and we'd recommend starting with all guidance there.

If further troubleshooting is needed, test without the external display and with Bluetooth disabled. That will help to eliminate the display and Magic Mouse that you mentioned.

Best of luck.

Hi,

thanks. I still have wake-events. Even if Wifi and bluetooth ist off.

Wake Reason ist:

    eventtype = wake;
    scheduledby = "com.apple.alarm.user-visible-com.apple.CalendarNotification.EKTravelEngine.periodicRefreshTimer";

The following scheduled alarms activate again and again:

Scheduled power events:
 [0]  wake at 12/07/2022 11:04:11 by 'com.apple.alarm.user-visible-com.apple.CalendarNotification.EKTravelEngine.periodicRefreshTimer'
 [1]  wake at 12/08/2022 09:36:20 by 'com.apple.alarm.user-visible-com.apple.acmd.alarm'

I can switch off the two alarms via :

sudo pmset schedule cancelall

But the next time MBP wakes up, the two events are back.

Regards,

Oliver

Hi Shannon,

I now disconnected everything and turned off bluetooth and wifi. The MBP M2 wakes up.

Logfile shows the same events like before:
