Apple Music - Favorites playlist

Is there a way to create a playlist that will automatically update and include all songs by artists I mark as favorites?

seems like this would be an easy ask if it’s not available.

Does the new Favorite button really force me to sync music? It appears that the new "Favorite" button (replaces the "Love" button) will FORCE me to sync my library across ALL my devices. Is that really true? I have different music libraries on different devices for a reason. Is there any way to turn this off, so it operates like the old Love functionality? I do want to flag songs I like, but don't want to sync my library. And now that we apparently have three unique rating systems (Stars, Loves, and Favorites), how is the "Favorites" mix culled? Does it pull all Favorites, 5-Stars, and Loves? And will the Discovery station still pull unloved items from albums where I've start other songs?
