Replay Highlight Reels

Since Apple Music Replay launched its highlight reels similar to Spotify Wrapped a couple days ago, I have tried several times to view mine. However, no matter what browser or device I use, the highlight reel always gets stuck right before the slide with the albums on it. I feel like I've tried everything that other people have suggested.

Apple Music Replay 2022 Highlight Reel only showing black screen The other day I opened my Replay. The Replay loads normally (first image) and I can scroll down and view my top songs, artists, albums, and playlists. However, when I click to watch the highlight reel, it only plays halfway through before becoming a black screen. I have tried this on my Mac and iPhone, using Safari and Chrome on both, and on different networks. No matter where/what I go/do it remains a black screen (second image)! I am on the latest updates for both my Mac and iPhone.

Apple Music Replay Hello, When I try to see my yearly overview in Apple Music Replay, it is no longer working. Where it would show the artists and songs that I listened to the most over the last year, now it's just stuck on a page displaying the word "Replay" and it's not moving from there. The behaviour is the same between my iPhone and my laptop, also changing browsers (Safari/Chrome) doesn't seem to help. I also tried logging out and back in, as well as using an incognito browser, but nothing is helping. What can I do to get the functionality back?

apple music replay 2023 not loading when i try to open my apple music replay for 2023 i am able to log in, but once i am in and able to press jump in to see my reel. it just shows me a blank page. i know i listened to so much music this year. the page isnt loading..

You've done a great job of attempting to isolate this further by testing with multiple devices and web browsers. Since that still persists, you'll want to reach out to Apple Support: Contact - Official Apple Support They'd be in the best position to look into this further.
