Are you asking, why your iPhone is blocking all social media websites? If YES, then either your Apple ID is marked as a child's profile with Screen Time Restrictions OR you simply have Screen Time Restrictions set to on OR your iPhone was issued by your school/employer with such restrictions.

Double Check the Following:

Open Settings ➡️ Screen Time ➡️ Content & Privacy Restrictions: Set this switch to OFF.
