I purchased an iPhoneSE on Black Friday 11/25/22, but did not receive the $50 gift card. It had a banner going across on the website for this deal. I did not receive anything, gift card not mentioned on the invoice, nothing. Why? What is the reason?
I’ve had the same issue. When I contacted Support through chat, they said they would email me the gift card but nothing arrived. I contacted chat support twice after that and they said they would escalate the issue but still no response or gift card. There seems to be a lack of integrity in their Black Friday offer. And the customer support is terrible.
