download ICloud photos on a windows PC
When I download my photos from ICloud on a windows computer the file names became crytic and are not the original ones. What do I have to do to get the original file name?

Are your photos duplicated in your iCloud library? If so, iCloud may be charging the name to avoid have identical file names for different photos.
