My November Apple Watch Award goal was to complete 2.5 miles 14 times (not 2.5 mile walks/exercises). I did so 16 times and the watch only counted 12 towards the award. I completed both within a complete indoor walk, multiple indoor and outdoor walks, and organically throughout the day.

Take a moment to restart both your iPhone and your Apple Watch, then check the metric again.
If it still is not tracking your steps properly towards that award, we'd advise contacting Apple Support directly for assistance.

Thanks. That has been done as well as a sync and unpair and pair. It shows the distance was done enough days for the award, it just isn’t counting all those days towards the total.
