Apple Arcade Free Trial not working

I just bought my new MacBook. I have the option for 3 months free Arcade but when I go further, Redeem 3 months free > Buy > Confirm Subscription > Payment Information required- This Step keep repeating. Even though I have added, re-added the payment method multiple times. Can you tell me why I am not able to sign up for this trial

Why am I being charged for a free trial? So when I press start free trial to redeem my one month on Apple Arcade it says payment details declined and charges me 15 dollars??? I'm confused because Apple Arcade is only 7, so where is 15 coming from and why isn't it letting me redeem my free trial without paying? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Mac Pro Apps for education Download I purchased Mac Pro apps for education. Signed in to the licence agreement PDF that was sent to me. Told me to go to Mac App store and click redeem from quick links. No button exists. Please advise.

I don't know why, unless perhaps you had previously had a trial of the same service. Probably best to contact Official Apple Support for this one.
