bypass IPHONE IS UNAVAILABLE

my iPhone was lost and I found it today.but one who stoled my phone was being trying to unlock my iPhone. so now iPhone displaying IPHONE IS UNAVAILABLE massage. my whole data is not backed up. so I need to bypass this case without loosing data.i got my iPhone password and iCloud password
