My apple music is playing 1 channel only. how can I rectify this?

Gregg,

One thing to check is System Preferences > Sound, Output tab, and make sure the "Balance" is set for equal left and right.

Why does Apple Music switch to Mono in CarPlay? Since getting the 16promax when I connect to my CarPlay the Apple Music starts playing in mono meaning it sound like it’s coming from one speaker after about five minutes of driving it switches to stereo mode and clearly coming out of all speakers. Apple Music Stations not working None of the stations are working on apple music. I have tried all suggested steps.

Media output When I ended my subscription with Apple Music , none of my media audio will not play. Through Bluetooth , or aux jacks.
