Why has my Touch ID for notes stop working because I did not disable it and when I went to unlock it like usual it didn’t work so now I’m locked out my notes but it was just working yesterday so I’m confused

I tried resetting and same thing I shut down my phone but nothing will resolve the issue. I tried chatting with apple but I was told that someone will call me since it is a phone issue. Touch ID for Notes has suddenly disappeared. A while ago you could use Touch ID to unlock locked notes. I have this enabled. However, it has stopped prompting me for it, which is unexpected. Why is this happening and how can I fix it? Restarting my iPad did nothing.

I can not log into my notes and I keep putting the password and it’s still lock I can’t not log into my notes that are lock . I keep putting the password and nothing
