Last week, for unknown reason my touch ID to unlock my notes disappear and I tried entering all the password that I remembered using to unlocked it but it will not work. I tried resetting and same thing I shut down my phone but nothing will resolve the issue. I tried chatting with apple but I was told that someone will call me since it is a phone issue. I kept my iPhone 5S just for notes since I switch to android.

You will need to remember the password you used to encrypt the notes. If you can't remember it, it's impossible to read them.
