Parental App Approval - Loophole

I noticed once I approve an app for my child but later decide to no longer allow my child to access the app and delete it completely from her phone, she no longer needs to request permission to download the app again. She can just download it again without needing to request permission. Is there a fix for this or something I need to do? Appreciate the feedback!

I apologize that I do not have a “fix.” I just wanted to point out how it is stated that family share works:


If the family organizer approves the request and completes the purchase, the item automatically downloads to the child's device. If the family organizer declines the request, no purchase or download will take place. If a child redownloads a purchase, downloads a shared purchase, installs an update, or uses a redemption code, the family organizer won’t receive a request.
