I have an occasional issue that MacBook email fails to download content after I have read on my iPhone. Usually just plain text and I get "This message has no content" on my MacBook. No amount of refreshing or exiting email changes this. Please advise!

Thank you GHR165. That worked for the one email. I have also gone into mail settings on my iPhone and turned off the "Collapse Read Messages" setting which I suspect might be the culprit. Annoying that updates bring these new features switched on but dont warn the user.
