Iphone Storage

Hi, I want to ask regarding my phone storage. My photos have about 6,000 photos & videos, but my phone storage already full because photos' storage is 96 gb while my friend's phone has 20,000 photos but the storage for photos only 4 gb. Btw, I has purchased Icloud 200 gb also, but no change, still full in phone storage.
