Have been trying to upload various different images and mp4 videos all in supported formats and they have been stuck in windows iCloud app "sync pending" for weeks. Cant seem to find a way to force the upload, tried directly to upload into iCloud online and get told you cant upload anything other than jpegs. Can see this has been going on for years so hope there's a solution somewhere as Apple don't seem to want to just fix there broken system...

1. On your Windows computer, open File Explorer, then click iCloud Photos in the Navigation pane.
If you don’t see iCloud Photos, click Pictures in the Navigation pane, then double-click iCloud Photos.
2. Drag photos and videos to the folder.
