Mi dispiace ma nè noi, utilizzatori come te, nè Apple possiamo aiutarti, in quanto la ricevuta/fattura è stata emessa da un Apple Store, che ha un sistema contabile proprio.
Verifica che l'email non sia finita nella cartella "spam". Se così non è, ti consiglio di contattare il sito dove hai acquistato il tuo iPhone 14:--> Piazza Liberty - Apple Store - Apple (IT) e spiegare il tuo problema.
Sulla sinistra c'è il loro numero di telefono, cioé questo: +39 02 303 024 00
